Best Jobs for School Drop outs and form four leavers in Kenya-Jobs which don’t require skills

There are over 2 million school drop outs and more than 3 million form four leavers in Kenya. Most of these people have several reasons why they didn’t progress with their studies.

I know a number of youths who did not complete form four because they are either poor or they just lacked energy to go past where they stopped.

After staying at home for a while, these people end up knowing what they world is made of, life alone teach them a lesson which no one could tell. It is at this point that many of them decide to do any job to make a living out of it.

If you are a form four leaver and you want to make yourself better by getting a job which is commensurate with your qualifications then follow our advice.

Security officers are also referred to as watchmen though the industry has been revolutionized to make the position have a significant role in Kenya.

The entry of KK Securities, G4S and Wells Fargo into the Kenyan market opened opportunities for several school drop outs and form four leavers who could not get employment elsewhere. Today, over 100,000 are working for various security firms in Kenya, and they are happy.

The average salary for a security officer in Kenya is Ksh 10, 000, up from Ksh3, 000 five years ago; very encouraging.
