To begin with, I would like to congratulate you for choosing the right career, what you think will make a difference in your life. But I would like to frankly tell you that it’s not a guarantee that you will get a job immediately after graduation. Currently,more than 30 % of graduates with a course you are about to study are jobless, but that does not mean you will be jobless too.
With a bachelor of education, you are likely to work in either private or public school but public schools are the best place to get employed since your job is guaranteed.
What I will assure you is that it’s not easy to get a job in India with a degree in education.However,after graduation, you can either decide to start a small business, tuition centre or search for employment not related to your degree as you wait for government jobs.
You will need at least 2 years of waiting for you to get a stable job, but if you are lucky, you can have one immediately after graduation.
In order to get employment as soon as you graduate, you must score good grades, be more aggressive and have a network of people who can help you during job search.
