In Kenya it’s rare to find fresh graduates earning six figures (0ver Sh 100,000) but there are several companies that pay such amount to graduates with zero work experience.
Sometimes it’s hard to identify such companies, but you can know from the way new recruits conduct themselves in terms of lifestyle. You’d find that these people are so excited to the extent of purchasing new cars few months to their employment. They upgrade to new apartments where they pay rent of not less than Sh 20,000.
