Edwin is the Managing Partner & Chief Executive Officer of Cytonn Investments Management Limited. Edwin has over 15 years of diversified financial services experience spanning investment banking, private equity, investment management, and real estate in global and regional financial services brands such as KPMG, former Lehman Brothers, Bank of America Securities / Merrill Lynch, and Britam Asset Managers. He holds a MBA, Finance Major from the Wharton School University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the Monmouth University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Elizabeth N. Nkukuu, CFA.
Senior Partner, Chief Investment Officer
Elizabeth is the Senior Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Cytonn Investments Management Limited. She has over 10 years of experience in Investment Management, having worked in various companies in Kenya holding different positions. Before Joining Cytonn, Elizabeth was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Britam Asset Managers having come from Genesis Investments as an Investment Manager Elizabeth started her career as an Investment analyst in PineBridge Investments East Africa (formerly AIG Investments) where she specialized in research and other portfolio management duties. Elizabeth has a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) Degree (Finance) from the University of Nairobi. Shiv serves as the Financial Controller at Cytonn Investments Management Limited. His experience within the financial services industry ranges from wealth management with Merrill Lynch Dubai and also experience with Citibank Kenya. Most recently, Shiv served as an Investment Analyst for Britam Asset Managers, focused largely on the Private Market segment, with a key focus on Real Estate. Shiv holds a BSc. Maurice serves as the Investment Manager at Cytonn Investments Management Limited. He has over six years experience in investment industry having worked with two strong brands in Kenya. Before joining Cytonn Investments, Maurice served as Assistant Portfolio Manager at Britam Asset Managers Ltd focusing on portfolio management and clients relationship management.Maurice started his career at Genesis Kenya Investment Management Ltd as an investment Assistant with specialization in Fixed income analysis,investment dealing and portfolio management duties. Frank Ndubi serves as a Senior Manager, Real Estate at Cytonn Investments Management Limited. Frank, who until his appointment was the Quality Assurance Manager for Cytonn Real Estate, has over 30 years’ experience in Project Management and Quality assurance in three countries across Sub-Saharan Africa. Before joining Cytonn, Frank worked with Greenbill Quantity Surveyors and Belgravia Services Limited. As a Senior Manager, Frank works with all project teams across Cytonn Real Estate developments to ensure quality and consistency in design and execution of all projects.

Johnson is the Market Research & Site Acquisition Manager of Cytonn Real Estate. He is a member of the Project Management Professional. Prior to joining Cytonn, Robert was the Project Manager at Alpha Group of Companies, Linksoft Group & Mugoya Construction Ltd. Project Manager
Martin serves as the Project Manager at Cytonn Real Estate. Martin has close to 10 years experience in Construction Project Management, Tendering, Contract Management, Budgeting and Cost Control, Claim analysis and preparation of diverse building, Civil, Oil and Gas projects right from Concept Development, Initiation, Planning, Execution, Quality Control and Project Closure. Peter Karenju is a Project Manager at Cytonn Investments Management Limited. Peter is responsible for overseeing and actively managing real estate development projects from inception till completion and exit.
