Huduma Centre is the best place to get a certificate of good conduct, NHIF Card,ID card, Driving license etce.The government institution does not open offices on Saturday and Sunday (weekends) but they operate during weekdays from 8 AM to 5PM.
In order to receive any service from Huduma Centre you are encouraged to visit their offices, which are located at Postal Offices in every country, any day of the week from 8 am-5 pm, but it is wise to go to the offices during morning hours when the queue is not long.
In Nairobi Huduma Centre is located in GPO,the headquarters of Posta Kenya. This is where you can register a company, process or replace your ID card, renew driving licence,process NSSF and NHIF card or get a certificate of good conduct.
