PREPARATORY SCHOOL
EARLY YEARS
- The outlined fees as provided cover the costs of the indicated school programme and include provision and/or use of learning materials. They are also inclusive of lunch and day time snacks.
- Fees are billed Per Term in August, December and April. Where applicable, Daily Charges are payable prior to commencement of the agreed session(s).
- Applications to join Hillcrest Preparatory School are only processed on the submission of the duly completed Registration Form and on the payment of a non-refundable Registration Fee of Kshs. 5000.
- Once the offer of a place has been given this will only be secured on the payment of a 10% deposit towards the published term’s fees. This deposit is deductible in full against published term fees.
- Children who cannot be accommodated immediately will be included on our waiting lists and parents informed immediately a place becomes available.
- School Transport for children attending Hillcrest Preparatory School is provided in Zonal and Fixed Stop modules. The charges are outlined for review. All buses have designated Supervisors.
- Charges for special activities outside the standard school programme are not included in this and parents will be advised of these (when applicable) by separate letter from the Headteacher.
- The full payment of fees is required on, or before, the first day of term. With the situation of pending payment in full or in part the school may, at its discretion, require that a child cease to attend classes at any time.
- In addition, please note that a surcharge of 2% will be applicable per month for any amount that remains outstanding in the school fees account.
- A Full Term’s Notice in writing and the Head Teacher’s acknowledgement in writing of the same is a mandatory requirement for withdrawals else, a Full Term’s Fees is Payable in lieu of such notice.
