Here is how you can make vanilla butter cream for filling or cake decoration if you wish;
- ½ cup butter
- 3 cups of icing sugar
- 2 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
- 4 teaspoonful of fresh milk
Put the butter in the mixer and mix it up in a medium low speed for 30 seconds
Pour in the 2 cups of icing sugar though you do not have to be exact here
Continue mixing then add in the vanilla essence while mixing.
Gradually add in the milk spoon by spoon and mix at slow speed.
Add in the remaining icing sugar and milk as you continue mixing.
The mixing will go for like 10 seconds and the cream is ready for spreading or decorating your cake as you wish!
