The South African president owns a lavish Nkandla estate, which is worth $31 million. The house was initially ordinary but after he became president, Zuma spent over $13 million to renovate it.
According to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission records, Zuma is an active director of two companies, Amaqhawe Wase Africa Petroleum and Michigan Investments,where he has shares.
Zuma’s fiancée Ngema owns a house in Waterkloof, Pretoria, bought for R5.2-million through her Sinqumo Trust, which is named after her and Zuma’s child;
