Every Kenyan dream of making it in life either in Business or in their careers. It is not easy to succeed in Kenya since competition is cut throat whether you are an employee or an entrepreneur.

Latest statistics show that only less than 5 percent of Kenyans in the informal sector earn more than Ksh 100,000 per month. A huge number earn below Ksh 30,000 while a few earn a monthly salary of Sh 50,000.

In Kenya, earning a six digit salary is regarded as success. At least with a monthly salary of Ksh 100,000 one is able to live comfortably and even save enough for investments.

Human Resource Managers are responsible for ensuring workers welfare is catered for. They are among the senior most employees in organizations in the country.

A Human Resource Manager’s salary can be as high as Ksh 500,000 per month.
