- Front Office/customer service
You can easily find a job as a Customer Care Executive with absolutely zero work experience. The position requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills-experience is not necessary.
- Internship
All internships require either zero work experience or university students who are in vacation to do assignments, especially field work.
- Army/Police
This position requires someone with specific height, perfect health and someone who is upright. Every year, the Kenyan government recruits Kenyans without prior experience on security and defense. To be recruited as Army Officer or Police Trainee, a university degree is not necessary.
- Air Hostess
Air Hostess work in Aviation industry where they ensure travellers are comfortable throughout their journey. To be Air Hostess you need some training in Aviation but you can easily get a job without work experience.
- Volunteers
If you have searched for a job for a long time without success, you can offer to volunteer in major organizations where you are not paid any money. Some popular institutions you can knock for the available opportunities include Kenya Red Cross Society, Amref Flying Doctors, International Red Cross Society and United Nations.
