Senior employees especially those who work in the IT department are the ones who get the lion’s share when it comes to salaries. Some of them earn up to Sh 1 million per month.
The ones who are not lucky are those who are employed to work at Customer Care department. This is where you work until you start cursing your ancestors-the work is too much.
