Most students who are admitted to Mombasa Polytechnic University are not able to stay in the university because the university offers few rooms for admitted students.
Students who are admitted into the university have no option but to seek accommodation outside the school. If you opt to live outside the school, these are the best places to live.

A single room in Bamburi,for instance, is Ksh 2,500 to Ksh 4,000…you can get one at as low as Ksh 1,500.Likoni is also ideal for students since houses cost as low as Ksh 2,000.Tudor is also good for students, same Mwembeni and Mtwapa.
But if you are lucky to get a room in the university hostels,you will be able to pay not more than Ksh 4,000 per semester.
